Agency: Department of Housing and Urban Development

Opportunity: Lead-Based Paint Capital Fund Program (LBPCF)

Purpose: As authorized under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017, $25,000,000 shall be available for competitive grants to public housing agencies to evaluate and reduce lead-based paint hazards in public housing by carrying out the activities of risk assessments, abatement, and interim controls.

Agency: HHS – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

Opportunity: Public Health Epidemiology of Influenza Virus Infection and Control in China

Purpose: The National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Influenza Division (ID), seeks to initiate a cooperative agreement with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC), Beijing, China.

The purpose of this collaboration is to support enhanced influenza surveillance and applied research to better define the global risk of novel and seasonal influenza virus infections in humans and animals in China, the region, and the world.

Opportunity: Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program

Purpose: To assists state, territorial, and tribal jurisdictions with developing and/or enhancing programs designed to implement the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA). SORNA was enacted to protect the public by establishing a comprehensive national system of standards for the registration and notification of convicted sex offenders.

Opportunity: Systems Biology of Bioenergy-Relevant Microbes to Enable Production of Next-Generation Biofuels and Bioproducts

Purpose: Support basic research aimed at identifying the foundational principles that drive biological systems. These principles govern the translation of the genetic code into integrated networks of proteins, enzymes, regulatory elements, and metabolite pools that are the functional processes of organisms including microbes and multispecies communities relevant to DOE missions in energy and the environment.

  2. I need help with registering. I most definitely need help with apply for assistance. I would like it for housing, and being able to pay my bills, etc. I’m currently unemployed and it is hard.
