We value your feedback and want to improve Grants.gov, so we currently have two website usability activities—card sorting and tree test—open for your input until this Friday, May 25, 2018. We asked the #GrantChat community for their feedback:
Have you ever had difficulty navigating the Grants.gov website’s information?
A9: Not recently, but I think it can be a little daunting if you are new to federal grants world #grantchat

A9: Yes. Beyond the https://t.co/G15biUayhq hotline and email, we’ve relied on experienced grant professionals to help a poor soul out, via phone call or email or text. It’s worked, so far #grantchat

A9: . When I have had an issue in the recent past, a quick call to the @grantsdotgov technical assistance staff helped us navigate a challenge to our grant submission. Now, I don’t panic when there is an issue. I know there is a team to help me if I have any issue. #grantchat

I love your commitment to #grantpros @grantsdotgov! #grantchat

We appreciate both criticism and compliments, so please take some time to complete these activities (~15 minutes each).
What information or types of resources would you like to see from Grants.gov in the future?
A10: The more resources aimed at quick and helpful guidance when NOFOs might not cover an issue or a grants compliance situation isn’t typical, the better in my book #grantchat

A10: I love the topical information. Maybe some more agency-specific webinars, videos, & posts. Like how different agencies are tackling the new risk and integrity assessment. #grantchat

A10; Agency program specific information and webinars. New policy impacts and implementation videos or webinars. More blogs (they rock) #GrantChat

A10: Thank you #grantchat community for the great discussion today! Please don’t forget about the two activities to help us improve our resources and information for you https://t.co/oXzxGupUkt pic.twitter.com/fz8ipiXlGY
