Purpose: To provide an online training to help state and local law enforcement professionals understand the guidelines that govern the development and implementation of policies and systems that facilitate criminal intelligence sharing.
This opportunity also supports technical programs and projects that span the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) enterprise and support the six RISS Centers nationwide.
DOJ – Office for Victims of Crime
Opportunity: Discretionary Training and Technical Assistance Program for VOCA Victim Assistance Grantees

Purpose: To fund VOCA Victim Assistance Program state administering agencies (SAAs) or outside organizations who partner with existing SAAs to provide training within the applicant’s state.
Activities funded through this program may include, but are not limited to, the establishment or enhancement of state victim assistance academies, statewide training initiatives, crime victim-related conferences, or scholarships to attend conferences and/or training.
DOT – Pipeline & Hazardous Material Safety Administration
Opportunity: Pipeline Safety Information Grants To Communities: Technical Assistance Grants (TAG)

Purpose: To provide funding to local communities and groups of individuals for technical assistance related to pipeline operations.
The program also provides opportunities that strengthen the depth and quality of public participation in the safe development and operation of pipelines in and around communities. Technical assistance is defined as engineering or other scientific analysis of pipeline safety issues.
USDA – Natural Resources Conservation Service
Opportunity: Technical Assistance for Implementing Key Forestry Conservation Objectives in South Carolina

Purpose: To work with a partner to assist interested landowners with the application process, the implementation of forestry conservation practices, provide follow-up assistance and guidance.
Personnel working under this agreement will provide technical assistance within all counties of South Carolina. The technical assistance provided will be to develop Forest Management Conservation Plans and certification of those recommended practices as they are installed.
DOE – Golden Field Office
Opportunity: Technical Assistance for Techno-Economic Studies of Pumped-Storage Hydropower (PSH)
Close Date: July 12, 2018
Purpose: To perform techno-economic studies, power market analyses, financial analyses, and a valuation analysis to evaluate the long-term benefits and costs of two selected PSH projects.
These studies will provide PSH developers with a number of analyses to estimate the value of a proposed PSH project, including: value of bulk power/storage capacity; energy arbitrage; value of ancillary services; power system stability; and transmission benefits.
Executive Office of the President – Office of National Drug Control Policy
Opportunity: Drug Court Training and Technical Assistance Grant
