If you’ve spent any time on Grants.gov, you have likely been prompted on the homepage to provide user feedback.
We know surveys like these take time to complete, but we appreciate when our users participate. This feedback helps us to continue bringing new features and other improvements to the Grants.gov system.
Since Workspace launched way back in 2015, our surveys have been asking users to name their favorite – or most helpful – Workspace features.
Without further ado, here are the results to this question from the Fiscal Year 2018 edition of the survey:
Based on the survey data, the three most popular Workspace features, respectively, are (1) Online Forms, (2) Data Validations & Error Checking within Forms, and (3) the Shared Online Access that applicant teams get within an application workspace.
