We value your feedback and want to improve Grants.gov, so we currently have two website usability activities—card sorting and tree test—open for your input until this Friday, May 25, 2018. We asked the #GrantChat community for their feedback:

Fun Activities to Help Grants.gov Improve Your Experience

Okay, “fun” is subjective, but these short activities will help you and the grants community by informing how we organize and present the resources you need most. The goal is to make it faster and easier for you to find the specific information you need to get back to your job.

Drag and drop words and phrases into existing categories, or create a new category that makes more sense to you. This Card Sort activity takes approximately 15 minutes, and it will help us determine how information is combined and displayed on Grants.gov.	Click through branching menus to find information that matches the task prompt. This Tree Test activity takes approximately 15 minutes, and it will help us refine the information architecture for Grants.gov.

Thank you, grants community, for the great response to the Grants.gov User Survey!

In August, we asked you for your honest opinions on a range of topics, and over 6,000 of you from the applicant and grantor communities shared your feedback.

• 33% of applicant responses came from nonprofit organizations
• 17% of applicant responses came from state and local governments
• Statistically significant response rates also came from 9 other groups, which are: academic institutions, individuals, small businesses, for-profit organizations, tribal organizations, public housing authorities, research institutions, faith-based organizations, and grantors
